Prime venison mince is an easy substitute for any farmed meat mince, ideal for pasta, chilli-con-carne, lasagna and other dishes. Its a very lean meat so needs olive oil adding to it to fry off. Supplied vacuum packed, labelled and frozen. 100% pure wild venison, nothing is added.

Prime Venison Diced - 500 gram pack - Fallow or Roe

Prime venison is hand cut into cubes, making it ideal for stir fry, stews, casseroles, pies and other dishes. Supplied vacuum packed, labelled and frozen. 100% pure wild venison, nothing is added.

Venison Loin - Fallow, Muntjac or Roe

based on weight @ £50/kg

The finest venison cut, the loin is fully trimmed and packed. Price is based on actual weight and charged based on £50/kg. Supplied fully trimmed ready to cook, on gold food card, vacuum packed, labelled and frozen. Special portion sizes are available, please contact us to discuss.

Venison Rump Steaks - Muntjac, Fallow and Roe - two pack sizes

Prime hand cut rump steaks from the haunch. 400 gram pack is £8.50 or 500 gram pack is £10.50. Typically there are two steaks per pack, the larger pack may include more.

Prime Venison Burgers - Pack of 4 - six varieties to choose from

1. Sea Salt & Cracked Black Pepper - a classic lightly seasoned burger
2. Chilli - mildly spiced with red chillies and seasoning
3. Juniper - a blend of juniper berries, herbs and seasoning

5. Texas Ranch - smoked paprika, cumin, worcester sauce and chopped onion
6. Supreme Hickory Smoke - herbs and seasonings to create a gentle smoked flavour

Venison Offal - Liver, Kidneys & Heart

Roe liver (whole) is £7.50 each. Fallow liver (whole) is £12.00 each. Venison Kidneys (500 gram pack ) is £7.50. Venison Heart (whole from roe or fallow) is £6.00 or £8.00 each.
