Based near Winchester in Hampshire, we are a small family run business that harvests, processes and supplies local wild venison. From deer management through to venison processing and retail, everything is done by us on a “field to fork” basis on a low food miles and minimal environmental impact basis.
We work closely with local farms and estates to sustainably manage the wild deer population to reduce damage to crops, habitat and woodland. Our venison is sold directly to end consumers and local pubs and restaurants in the hospitality sector. We also retail a limited range of our venison products through our growing network of farm shop partners.
We are proud of providing a lean, healthy and sustainable meat, all with a minimum waste and food miles footprint as byproducts from our processing are used to make dog treats.
