Based near Winchester in Hampshire, we are a small family run business that harvests, processes and supplies 100% local sustainable wild venison. From deer management through to venison processing and retail, everything is done by us on a “field to fork” basis on a low food miles and environmentally friendly basis.

We work closely with local farms and estates to manage the wild deer population, that reduces damage to crops, habitat and woodland.  Our wild venison is sold directly to end consumers plus local pubs and restaurant clients in the hospitality sector.  We also sell our venison products through our growing network of deli and farm shop partners.

We are proud of providing a lean, healthy and sustainable wild meat, all with a minimum waste and food miles footprint.  We are literally a ‘one man and his dog’ business and all the money we receive is reinvested into our facility and deer management activities.
